Job summary

We are hiring a Virtual Classes Sales Associate to drive student enrollment into Kishron Innovation Hub’s online coding programs for children. This role involves converting leads into enrollments for monthly virtual classes, group programs, bootcamps, and one-on-one sessions.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Kishron’s virtual coding programs to parents globally
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into enrolled students
  • Follow up with prospective parents via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
  • Provide clear information on programs, schedules, and pricing
  • Meet monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate records of enrollments and conversions


Sales Targets:

  • 30 student enrollments per month (baseline target) 
  • Higher commission tiers available at 40+ and 50+ enrollments per month


Commission & Incentives:

  • 1. 8% commission per enrolled student 
  • Increased commission rates for hitting and exceeding monthly targets
  • Opportunity to progress into senior sales or team lead roles


Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, enrollment, customer acquisition, or online marketing
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable engaging parents and international clients
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
  • Reliable internet access and basic digital tools


Preferre: 

  • Experience in EdTech, online learning, or subscription-based sales
  • Prior experience selling digital or virtual services


Note: This is a commission-based role. There is no fixed monthly salary. Earnings are directly tied to performance and successful enrollments or partnerships.
