Job summary

Kishron Innovation Hub is seeking an Education Partnerships Associate to drive partnerships with private schools across Lagos. The role involves identifying schools, pitching term-based coding and STEM programs, closing partnership agreements, and managing ongoing school relationships.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect private primary and secondary schools across Lagos Mainland and Island.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with school owners, principals, and administrators
  • Present Kishron’s coding and STEM programs to schools
  • Close school partnership agreements ahead of the academic term
  • Support the onboarding of partner schools into Kishron programs
  • Maintain relationships with schools across academic terms
  • Work with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery


Sales Targets:

  • Minimum of 3 new school partnerships per academic term
  • Higher performance tiers available for onboarding 5+ schools per term


Commission & Incentives:

  • 1. 8% commission on first-term revenue per school
  • 2. 3% recurring commission for Term 2 and Term 3
  • Provided the associate maintains the relationship
  • Increased commission percentage for exceeding term targets
  • Territory ownership within assigned Lagos locations


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or education marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet term-based targets
  • Familiarity with the Lagos private school environment is an advantage
  • Professional presentation and relationship management skills


Preferred:

  • Experience selling education or training programs
  • Existing network within private schools in Lagos
  • Background in B2B or institutional sales


Note: This is a commission-based role. There is no fixed monthly salary. Earnings are directly tied to performance and successful enrollments or partnerships.
