Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across corporate and residential sectors.
  • Product Growth: Market our full suite of security solutions (Manned Guarding, Corporate & Event Security, CCTV & Electronic Systems, Journey Management, and Risk Assessment).
  • Target Execution: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue, lead conversion, and client acquisition targets.
  • Relationship Management: Onboard new clients, manage key accounts, and ensure high retention rates through exceptional customer feedback.
  • Reporting: Maintain high visibility into your pipeline by providing detailed weekly sales activity reports.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (experience in the security industry, oil and gas servicing, facility management, CCTV Sales is a major plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong B2B sales capabilities with the ability to interface with corporate executives and high-net-worth clients.
  • A target-driven mindset with the resilience to navigate market conditions.
  • Flexibility for occasional field visits, client meetings, and industry networking events.
