We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales Associate to spearhead our client acquisition and retention efforts at Lagos Lawn Tennis Club. This role combines sales excellence with relationship management, focusing on building long-term subscription partnerships with club members for our premium IV therapy services. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of Science + Wellbeing at the club, creating meaningful connections with members while educating them about the transformative benefits of our wellness services. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a commission-based environment and is passionate about helping others achieve optimal health and performance.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Member Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Maintain a consistent on-site presence at Lagos Lawn Tennis Club to build rapport with members
  • Conduct personalised consultations to understand individual wellness goals and needs
  • Host educational wellness sessions and demonstrations about IV therapy benefits


Sales & Subscription Management:

  • Achieve weekly and monthly subscription targets for IV therapy services
  • Guide prospects through the subscription sign-up process and onboarding experience


Client Retention & Upselling:

  • Monitor subscriber satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
  • Implement retention strategies to minimise subscription cancellations
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and treatment schedules


Market Intelligence & Feedback:

  • Gather member feedback to inform service improvements and new offerings
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, member insights, and market opportunities


Event Coordination & Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with club and organise wellness events, health screenings, and educational workshops.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns


Requirements:

  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Target-Driven: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated with an ownership mentality and drive to build the business
  • Health & Wellness Passion: Genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Resilience: Persistence in the face of rejection and ability to maintain positive attitude
  • Professionalism: Polished presentation and ability to engage with high-net-worth clientele


Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience in membership-based or subscription business models
  • Existing relationships within Lagos's affluent social circles
  • Multilingual capabilities (English and local languages)
