Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Associate in Lean Six Sigma training, based in Lagos. The role involves promoting Lean Six Sigma training programs, generating and managing leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will identify market opportunities, develop customized strategies for clients in the healthcare industry, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions. Effective communication and continuous learning about the company's training offerings will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals
- Marketing knowledge with the ability to promote and communicate value-driven solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills for working with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Organizational and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs
- Experience or familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and healthcare industry practices is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting
- Proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
