Kishron Innovation Hub is looking for an In-Home Tutoring Sales Associate to enroll parents into in-home coding lessons for children across Lagos estates and inner-city areas. This role involves community-based, parent-facing sales and is best suited for individuals familiar with Lagos neighborhoods and estate environments.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage parents within Lagos estates and residential communities
- Promote Kishron’s in-home coding programs for children
- Convert inquiries into enrolled students
- Manage assigned locations and parent referrals
- Provide basic information on class schedules and pricing
- Meet monthly enrollment targets
Sales Targets:
- 20 students/month (baseline)
- 35 students/month (strong performance)
- 50+ students/month (exceptional performance)
Commission & Incentives:
- 1. 8% commission on the first month’s fee per enrolled student
- Higher commission rates for exceeding monthly targets
- Exclusive territory ownership within assigned locations
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Lagos estates and residential areas
- Experience in field sales, tutoring sales, or parent-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and manage locations
- Professional and trustworthy appearance
Preferred:
- Experience working with parents or education-related services
- Existing community or estate networks
Note: This is a commission-based role. There is no fixed monthly salary. Earnings are directly tied to performance and successful enrollments or partnerships.
