Role Description
Kishron Innovation Hub is seeking an In-Home Tutoring Sales Associate to enroll parents into in-home coding lessons for children across Lagos estates and residential communities.
This is a field-based, community-focused role suited for individuals familiar with Lagos neighborhoods and estate environments.
What You’ll Do
- Engage parents within estates and residential areas in Lagos
- Promote Kishron’s in-home coding programs
- Convert inquiries into enrolled students
- Manage assigned locations and parent referrals
- Meet monthly enrollment targets
Commission & Incentives
- 8% commission on first month’s fee per enrolled student
Increased commission for exceeding targets:
- 15 students/month → base commission
- 20 students/month → higher commission
- 25 students/month → top-tier commission
- Exclusive territory ownership (no internal competition)
Who This Role Is For
- Individuals familiar with Lagos estates and communities
- Experience in field sales, tutoring sales, or parent-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Self-driven and outcome-focused professionals
