Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling our innovative learning support applications to prospective school owners and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. A forward-thinking, proactive character is crucial to progress in this role.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Identify and target prospective customers through research, networking and cold calling.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our mobile applications to potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to a variety of audiences including school owners, leaders and unit heads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through strategic planning and follow-up.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide ongoing support guidance to customers to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
  • Communicate market feedback and customer insight to the product development for continuous improvement
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our mobile applications and their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales target and performance metrics.



  • Minimum of NCE, ND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the education or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • High level of motivation, initiative, ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude.
