Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information on mobile phones and accessories
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is clean and organized
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain records
- Support inventory management and stock-taking activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Proven experience in retail sales; experience in the mobile phone industry is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
