Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers in identifying suitable mobile devices and accessories that meet their needs and budget
- Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer and product databases regularly.
- Support in stock management, including receiving, labeling, and displaying products.
- Report product shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Keep the sales outlet clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
- Ensure that products are properly arranged and displays are visually appealing.
- Support in cleaning shelves, counters, and demo areas to maintain a professional environment for customers.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards within the outlet.
- Collaborate with other sales staff to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional activities and sales campaigns as directed by management.
- Attend meetings and provide feedback to improve store operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 2 years of previous experience in similar role.
