Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role combines customer onboarding, technical support, and sales engagement activities, with occasional field visits to ensure seamless customer setups and satisfaction.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive support and training to newly onboarded customers, including virtual sessions and occasional physical visits to address specific needs.
  • Monitor and oversee physical installations for new customer setups, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Engage prospective customers through professional presentations, demonstrations, and proactive follow-ups to convert leads into successful onboardings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and gathering feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, and operations) to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Track customer progress post-onboarding, identifying opportunities for upselling or additional support.


Requirements:

  • Must own or have access to a personal laptop for daily work activities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
  • Prior experience in customer support, sales, onboarding, or a related field is preferred (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proven ability to build rapport and handle challenging situations diplomatically.
  • Familiarity with basic CRM tools or the Microsoft Office suite is an advantage.
  • Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria, with willingness to conduct occasional field visits within the city.
