We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, key account management, stockist acquisition, and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development:
- Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, stockists, corporate organizations, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue streams.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Acquire and grow high-value accounts across assigned territories and channels.
- Drive market penetration and increase product availability through strategic account acquisition.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Account Management:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing stockists, partners, and distributors.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings with key accounts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, account retention, and long-term business relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Commercial Growth & Market Expansion:
- Lead initiatives aimed at expanding market reach and increasing brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth strategies and commercial objectives.
- Support product launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, activations, and business events.
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and growth plans.
Reporting & Performance Management:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and account performance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and business development reports.
- Track KPIs, revenue performance, partnership growth, and market expansion metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Commercial Management, Key Account Management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in acquiring new business and growing high-value accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
