The Role
We are looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to own our growth in the Nigerian private healthcare market. You will identify and engage private hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies, convert them into Xerotek partners, and build lasting relationships that keep them on the platform. You will also manage our digital presence, create content that speaks to healthcare professionals, and represent Xerotek at industry events and in the field.
What You Will Do
Prospect and onboard private healthcare facilities across Nigeria
Conduct product demonstrations and close partnership agreements
Manage relationships with existing facility partners
Run Xerotek's social media channels and digital marketing campaigns
Create content including posts, short videos, and case studies
Track leads, pipeline, and conversion metrics and report weekly
Represent Xerotek at health sector conferences and networking events
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing
Background in healthtech, pharmaceuticals, or medical supplies is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-starter who can work independently and hit targets without being micromanaged
Comfortable doing field sales visits and cold outreach
Proficiency with social media platforms especially LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
