Job Title: Sales Technology Executive


Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Work Mode: Hybrid (Office + Field/Remote)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Business Development



Job Summary


The Sales Technology Executive is responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales deals for the company’s technology products and services. This role focuses on building customer relationships, managing the sales process, and supporting business growth through consistent sales activities.



Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email outreach

• Research potential customers and understand their needs

• Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system

• Build and nurture a pipeline of prospective customers


2. Cold Calling & Outreach

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers

• Present products and services clearly and professionally

• Respond to inquiries and handle objections appropriately

• Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up conversations


3. Deal Management & Closing

• Convert qualified prospects into customers

• Support pricing discussions and sales closure processes

• Ensure accurate documentation for contracts, invoices, and onboarding

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding


4. Sales Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales records and activity logs

• Prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports

• Collaborate with operations and technical teams for delivery and support

• Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship management



Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in sales, customer acquisition, or business development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Basic understanding of technology or digital products (IoT/SaaS is an advantage)

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
