Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Abuja. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, creating marketing initiatives, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales processes to ensure success. Collaboration with team members to support organizational growth is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
• Proficiency in sales and sales management, with a proven ability to achieve and surpass targets
• Experience in conducting training and facilitating sessions to enhance team performance
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the technology or social impact sectors is a plus
