Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Abuja. The role involves identifying and developing new sales opportunities, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies to expand the company's reach. The candidate will also be responsible for managing sales activities, conducting customer training sessions, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management for driving revenue and achieving targets
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate clients and team members on products and services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a result-oriented approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of the fish farming industry is an added advantage
