Job summary
We are a reputable luxury hotel in Lekki seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its sales initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and maximize room, conference, banquet, and corporate sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, government organizations, and other key business partners.
- Drive room occupancy, banquet, conference, and F&B sales.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client engagement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
- Coordinate digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales, revenue generation, and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong business development and networking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an added advantage.
