- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy aligned with growth targets
- Drive revenue across physical and digital channels Build strong brand positioning and customer loyalty

- Build and manage a high-performing sales & marketing team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in sales & marketing leadership
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth and brand building
- Strong commercial acumen and execution capability
- Highly self-driven, creative, and results-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Intrapreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality
