Job summary
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will support the Sales and Marketing department in promoting the company's hospitality services, increasing customer acquisition, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and overall revenue.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and individual customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote the company's accommodation, event facilities, restaurant, bar, and other hospitality services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and special offers.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and promotional content.
- Assist in managing customer enquiries, reservations, and sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and activity reports.
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives where required.
- Collaborate with the Front Office, Events, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the company's services.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Meet assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform any other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of NCE.
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
