Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating weekly leads and securing jobs through both traditional and digital marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to engage potential clients both offline and online.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate new leads through phone calls, physical meetings, social media, email marketing, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads in a timely manner.


Sales Activities:

  • Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with potential clients to present our services.
  • Meet with clients face-to-face to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Close sales deals and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.


Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns using social media, email marketing, and other digital tools.
  • Create engaging content and promotional materials to attract potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to assess their needs and identify new business opportunities.


Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing strategies.


Reporting:

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, sales activities, and marketing campaign performance.
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
