The Business Development Manager will lead activities for sales growth, new business expansion. As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing the company's market presence in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations, to expand the company's customer base and market reach.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales and business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of sales and marketing campaigns, market penetration strategies and plans for enhancing business growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners, to foster long-term business partnerships and drive mutual growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, KPIs, and market feedback to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of sales and business development initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales and business development team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Ensure timely management of the performance of all team members and constantly give feedback during monthly one-on-one review meetings.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real estate industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
