What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and penetrate new markets, industries, and client segments
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads from prospecting to closing
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
- Track performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights
- Represent the organization at meetings, pitches, and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Experience across multiple sectors (real estate, finance, consulting, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
