Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance data across products, territories, and customer segments
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pharmaceutical industry dynamics
- Track KPIs including sales volume, market share, and revenue growth
- Support sales team with territory planning and customer targeting strategies
- Conduct pricing analysis and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness
- Maintain CRM systems and generate ad-hoc reports for sales leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales analysis experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and sales processes
