Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers, start conversations, and use selling techniques to introduce products and drive purchases.
- Lead Generation & Referrals: Identify prospective clients, collect contact details, and connect qualified leads directly to the core sales team.
- Product Demonstrations & Education: Showcase how products work, explain key benefits, and answer customer questions at retail stores, pop-ups, or trade shows.
- Brand Advocacy: Embody company values, build a positive brand image, and foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Event & Display Setup: Set up, organize, and tear down promotional displays, booths, or merchandise tables during events.
- Customer Support & Feedback: Handle basic inquiries, resolve minor complaints on the floor, and report consumer feedback back to the company.
- Store & Stock Maintenance: Keep sales areas tidy, track inventory levels, and help manage point-of-sale (POS) or checkout tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- No experiene/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000
