Responsibilities:
- Actively identify, approach, and convert potential clients and/or talents across various industries.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the company’s services to potential partners and users.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term business relationships to encourage ongoing engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and post-engagement follow-up.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and onboarding targets.
- Track and report all interactions, feedback, and progress in an organized and timely manner.
- Represent the company’s values and professionalism in all communications, both online and offline.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (experience in tech or service-based industries is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build trust, persuade, and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.
