Job summary

Managing administrative tasks, processing orders, updating CRM data, and coordinating between departments (logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Management: Receive, input, and track sales orders in the company CRM/ERP system, verifying accuracy against customer requests and ensuring timely processing.
  • Customer Support & Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone/email, resolving issues and providing after-sales support.
  • Data Management & Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and data. Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and KPIs for sales managers.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate sales team meetings, prepare proposals/quotes, manage sales documentation, and organize sales events or trade shows.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain departments to ensure products are delivered on time.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and update CRM records to maintain data integrity
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Learn how to identify potential customers, conduct research, and reach out via phone, email, and social media.
  • Sales Support: Assist senior sales staff with presentations, proposals, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain client databases, follow up on leads, and foster relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Administration: Update CRM software with accurate client information and prepare sales activity reports.


Requirements:

  • Minimum  BSC
  • 0-1 year of previous experience in a similar role
