Sales Administrative Officer
Job summary
Managing administrative tasks, processing orders, updating CRM data, and coordinating between departments (logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. They prepare sales reports, handle invoices, and resolve client inquiries, acting as the liaison between sales staff and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Order Processing & Management: Receive, input, and track sales orders in the company CRM/ERP system, verifying accuracy against customer requests and ensuring timely processing.
- Customer Support & Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone/email, resolving issues and providing after-sales support.
- Data Management & Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and data. Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and KPIs for sales managers.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate sales team meetings, prepare proposals/quotes, manage sales documentation, and organize sales events or trade shows.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain departments to ensure products are delivered on time.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and update CRM records to maintain data integrity
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Learn how to identify potential customers, conduct research, and reach out via phone, email, and social media.
- Sales Support: Assist senior sales staff with presentations, proposals, and managing customer inquiries.
- Relationship Management: Maintain client databases, follow up on leads, and foster relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Administration: Update CRM software with accurate client information and prepare sales activity reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 0-1 year of previous experience in a similar role
