Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the safety of company trucks and drivers.
- Conduct regular safety inspections on trucks and related operations.
- Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for truck drivers and other relevant staff.
- Investigate and prepare reports on accidents and safety incidents.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Environmental Health, Safety Management, or any related field
- Previous experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations, is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of road safety, vehicle safety, and occupational health and safety practices.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and prepare detailed reports.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000-₦250,000
