Job Description/Requirements

  • SaaS support technician to manage the back end of the various software deployed by the company to manage its business.
  • Who can quickly understand the various software and ensure its full functionality is optimised by the company. 
  • Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts

  • Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications

  • Integrate software components and third-party programs

  • Verify and deploy programs and systems

  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software

  • Gather and evaluate user feedback
