Are you a Web Developer with passion for crafting immersive and user-friendly digital experiences? Are you self-starting and able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision? Ditcosoft Technologies Limited is looking to hire an experienced Web Developer to join the development team, bringing your expertise and creativity on board to craft new designs and improve on existing projects. The role includes the maintenance and improvement of existing web applications, and interfacing with our clients as needed. You will work closely with our technical and non-technical team to create a strong digital statement that attracts clients and maximizes customers’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise to implement cutting-edge web projects with responsive, visually stunning UI and seamless UX for optimal user engagements.
- Collaborate with other developer(s), CTO and stakeholders to bring creative visions to life
- Participate in CI/CD process, managing version control with your knowledge of GitHub
- Participate in agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
- Contribute to the documentation of projects, features and internal processes.
- Recommend proven alternatives to achieving efficient results for business growth
- Continuously learn and grow in a supportive and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc or equivalent degree from an higher institution of learning
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Web Developer with a focus on web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, approaching problems with solution-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have a strong desire to learning new skills and technologies
Preferred Skills
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript as foundational skills
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS
- Strong proficiency in PHP is a must have, understanding of SQL is necessary
- Knowledge of GitHub as a version control system
- Knowledge of working with tools such as WAMP/LAMP, Postman and other development tools
- Knowledge of Typescript and Material UI are great plus
- App Development skill (Flutter or any other) is a great plus
- Python and AWS Services (DynamoDB, S3 etc.) are great plus
Work Type: This is a full-time role in an hybrid setting.
- Candidate must be able commute to our office 2 days a week and also able to work remotely from home on other days.
Interview Schedule
- First stage: Introduction and assessment of strengths and skills
- Second stage: Practical assessment (Live Interview)
- Final stage: Finalizing terms and contracts with the successful candidate
