SAAS Project Manager
Job summary
The SaaS Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The role coordinates cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product implementation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
- Coordinate internal teams (developers, designers, QA, sales).
- Manage client onboarding and SaaS implementation processes.
- Track project milestones and manage risks/issues.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget.
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in project management in SAAS and ERP.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
