Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean, polish, and restock plates, cutlery, glassware, napkins, sauces and other service items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service and storage areas.
- Support opening and closing activities and assist with takeaway orders.
- Provide bar support when assigned, including restocking supplies and collecting dockets.
- Receive and arrange deliveries, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.
Requirements:
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner
- Attention to cleanliness and detail.
