Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collect food and drink orders from the kitchen or bar and deliver them promptly to the correct tables.
- Check dishes for completeness, garnish, table numbers, and presentation before leaving the pass.
- Support waitstaff with table clearing, resetting, water service, bread service, and replenishment of service items.
- Keep service stations, pass areas, and guest areas neat, stocked, and free from clutter.
- Assist in communicating urgent service needs between the floor, kitchen, and bar.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and handling standards for plates, trays, and glassware.
Requirements:
- Restaurant support experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand and move quickly for long periods.
- Strong teamwork, alertness, and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude at all times.
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
