Responsibilities:
Internal Audit Activities:
- Assist in the conduct of internal audits based on the approved audit plan
- Assist in the preparation of internal audit and control reports
- Submit draft audit reports within 4 days after the conclusion of an audit
- Follow up with functional teams to resolve audit findings
ISO Compliance:
- Assist in the conduct of internal audits based on the approved audit plan
- Update the master risk register with identified risks after engagement with process owners
- Assist in the implementation of activities in the ISO Compliance programme
- Prepare draft compliance, audit, and risk reports
- Assist in recording QA non-conformances and SHE incidents
- Support the organization of scheduled safety drills
- Support closure of findings by tracking open items
- Help ensure timely incident reporting
