Role Description The Revit Instructor will deliver structured, project-based training in Autodesk Revit to learners at various skill levels, from beginners to advanced users. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Port Harcourt, where the instructor will conduct classroom sessions, practical workshops, and guided studio exercises. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, demonstrating Revit workflows for architectural and structural modeling, supervising hands-on design projects, and assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and portfolio reviews. The instructor will also provide one-on-one support, offer feedback to help learners build industry-ready skills, and collaborate with the training team to continuously improve curriculum content and teaching methods. Maintaining an engaging learning environment and staying current with Revit updates and best practices are core aspects of this role.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural and/or structural design, including modeling, documentation, and visualization.
• Demonstrated experience using Revit in real-world projects (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction, or related fields).
• Practical teaching, training, or mentoring experience, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners at different levels.
• Solid understanding of design principles, building documentation, and industry standards relevant to BIM and CAD workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong classroom management and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to design lesson plans, develop learning materials, and evaluate learner performance using objective criteria.
• Comfort with technology-enhanced learning tools, such as learning management systems, screen-sharing, and digital collaboration platforms.
• Relevant academic background or professional certification in architecture, engineering, construction, or a closely related discipline is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt, manage a part-time teaching schedule, and collaborate with Wedigraf’s broader training and innovation team.
