Job summary
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will support Management by coordinating front of house and operational customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a restaurant supervisor.
- The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
- Oversee food and beverage service operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Supervise staff performance and coordinate communication between the kitchen, service, and operational teams.
- Ensure timely service delivery during peak and non-peak hours.
- Monitor order flow between kitchen staff, digital coordinators, and service staff.
- Support inventory monitoring and report shortages or operational issues when necessary.
- Ensure proper opening and closing operational procedures are followed.
- Report operational challenges and service issues to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism within the restaurant environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate good organisational and time management skills.
- Support management in implementing operational procedures and maintaining workplace standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an added advantage
- Strong supervisory skills with experience managing a team.
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Must know how to drive or be willing to learn how to drive.
- Must be available to travel when required.
- Must understand that closing late is part of restaurant operations.
- Must be willing and open to learning and adapting to changes.
- Must be able to think independently and make critical decisions when necessary.
- Must know how to use Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
Location: GRA Ikeja
Work Mode:
- Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Saturday – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Sunday – 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Two days off weekly (between Monday and Friday).
