- Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Lead, motivate, and monitor front-of-house staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate table assignments, reservations, and guest flow during service.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and support ongoing staff training and development.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate issues to management.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, service, and operational targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent service standards and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
