A hands-on leader who can take ownership of daily operations, maintain service standards, motivate teams, resolve guest concerns, and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly even in the absence of senior management.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and schedule front-of-house staff.
- Delegate daily tasks and monitor performance to maintain high productivity.
- Welcome guests, oversee order accuracy, and proactively check on tables to gauge satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining and kitchen areas to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Oversee daily opening and closing duties, assist servers during peak hours, and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and cleaning supplies, placing orders as needed and maintaining vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, lounge, hotel, or hospitality business.\
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to supervise daily restaurant operations with minimal oversight.
- Experience managing Front of House staff, including waiters, hostesses, runners, and bar personnel.
- Good understanding of POS systems, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Ability to monitor inventory, facility maintenance, and operational standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business communication.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Must be organized, proactive, and capable of leading by example.
- HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – ₦150,000
