Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and service staff.
• Ensure customers are attended to promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints or service issues efficiently.
• Maintain service quality standards at all times.
• Support management in implementing operational procedures.
• Ensure staff follow company policies and workplace standards.
• Assist with shift coordination and staff task allocation.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.

Operational Duties:

• Ensure timely service during peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor order flow between kitchen, digital coordinator, and service staff.
• Support inventory monitoring and report shortages when necessary.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Report operational challenges to management promptly.

Customer service & Team Leadership: 

• Lead by example in professionalism and customer service.
• Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
• Encourage teamwork and effective communication among staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management ability.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience supervising restaurant or food service staff.
• Basic understanding of restaurant operations and customer service management.
• Leadership or hospitality training is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
