Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Drive sales growth and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Monitor restaurant performance and prepare operational reports for management.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and company standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Monitor cash handling, sales records, and operational expenses.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop restaurant employees as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and hospitality management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing sales, inventory, and operational costs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business reporting tools.
• Must be willing to work in Lekki Phase 1.
