Responsibilities:
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures; ensure the facility meets premium standards regarding ambiance, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous professional development of all service and kitchen staff. Conduct performance appraisals and manage conflict resolution.
- Review daily Profit & Loss (P&L) statements; manage labor costs, overheads, and petty cash to maximize the bottom line.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for guest grievances; implement "Service Recovery" strategies to turn negative experiences into loyal patrons.
- Oversee the procurement process and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of month-on-month revenue targets.
- Maintenance of food and labor costs within the agreed percentage of total revenue.
- Achieving a 90% or higher positive rating on internal and external feedback platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Food Safety and Hygiene.
- Proficiency in Restaurant Management Software (POS) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
