Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and catering services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, bulk order coordination, catering operations, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, profitability, and excellent service delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate bulk food orders for corporate clients, events, and special occasions.
- Plan and manage catering services, including logistics, staffing, food preparation, and client satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock control to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance evaluations.
- Manage and optimize the restaurant's presence on online food delivery platforms such as Chowdeck, Glovo, and other vendor platforms.
- Monitor incoming orders from delivery platforms to ensure timely preparation, dispatch, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and platform account managers to resolve operational issues and improve service performance.
- Track sales performance, customer reviews, ratings, and feedback across all online ordering channels.
- Develop strategies to increase online visibility, sales, customer retention, and profitability through digital ordering platforms.
- Ensure menu listings, pricing, promotions, and product availability are accurately maintained on all vendor platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience managing a restaurant or hospitality establishment.
- Demonstrated experience handling bulk orders, catering services, and event food operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and operational reporting.
