Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain excellent food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, implementing policies, and maintaining a high standard of quality and service.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and guest interactions
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage management, including understanding best practices and quality control
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to handle a busy restaurant environment
• A professional and approachable demeanor with a commitment to maintaining high levels of hospitality
• Previous experience in restaurant management or the hospitality industry is preferred
• A degree or relevant education in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
