Job summary

We are a new fast food restaurant located in Surulere. We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining exceptional customer service, high staff performance, and drive revenue growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, appearance, and overall performance to ensure professionalism and efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver consistent excellent performance.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
  • Support revenue growth initiatives, customer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining high service standards.
  • Enforce restaurant rules, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and productive working environment for all staff.
  • Enforcing staff discipline and maintaining order within the workplace.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of the premises at all times.
  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery and address customer complaints promptly.
  • Monitor stock usage and report shortages, wastage, or any irregularities to management.


Requirements:

  • A B.Sc degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a fast food restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing operations within a restaurant will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates without a degree must demonstrate relevant experience in their CV or cover letter.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellence in customer-service oriented with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
