Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to deliver an exceptional service, train and recruit staff.
  • Ensure food safety, and manage Profit and Loss.
  • Drive sales, control costs, and wastages.
  • Ensure HACCP compliance.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Food and Beverage service/ hospitality, Lagos-based
  • POS + inventory skills, good leadership skills.
  • OND/HND/BSC in Hospitality, Hotel management, and related fields.
