Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to deliver an exceptional service, train and recruit staff.
- Ensure food safety, and manage Profit and Loss.
- Drive sales, control costs, and wastages.
- Ensure HACCP compliance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Food and Beverage service/ hospitality, Lagos-based
- POS + inventory skills, good leadership skills.
- OND/HND/BSC in Hospitality, Hotel management, and related fields.
