Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Identify growth opportunities, promotions, and business expansion initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
- Create and execute plans to improve customer retention and business performance
Operations Management:
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed
- Oversee daily restaurant operations for efficient service delivery
- Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained
- Manage restaurant opening and closing activities
Team Leadership & Staff Management:
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members
- Develop staff schedules and manage work shifts
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching where needed
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer experiences and service quality
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Financial & Inventory Management:
- Monitor sales performance, expenses, and profitability
- Manage budgets and control operational costs
- Oversee inventory management and procurement activities
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and reduce operational waste
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Maintain quality standards for food preparation and presentation
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong financial and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
