Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent service delivery
- Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory, food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and operational efficiency
- Drive sales while maintaining cost control and profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a restaurant, café, or hospitality business
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be based in Life Camp, Abuja or environs
- Prior experience working as a restaurant manager is an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 280,000/month + Service Charge
