Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to achieve excellence in service and performance.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards of hospitality and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Financial Management: Drive revenue growth and manage expenses to achieve profitability targets through effective cost control measures and strategic pricing strategies.
- Staff Training and Development: Implement training programs to continually develop the skills and knowledge of the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, conducting regular inspections and addressing any areas for improvement.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, actively participating in community events and initiatives to promote the restaurant and enhance its reputation.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a track record of success in managing a high-volume restaurant.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their full potential.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Must pass Background Check and Drug Screening
- Must Provide 3 Guarantors and 3 Referees with Valid IDs
- Must Participate and pass through Training on Good Work Ethics, Good Customer Service and Communication Skill
- Training is 4 - 6 Weeks (Course work and Internship)
