Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food/beverage delivery
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenue, costs, and profitability
- Manage payroll, invoices, and financial reconciliations.
- Drive sales forecasting and cost-control strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Must be an expatriate.
- Experience in a management role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven experience managing restaurant operations
- Strong financial and team leadership skills
