Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile receipts at the end of shifts.
- Assist with inquiries and resolve customer complaints politely.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Must reside around the Lekki–Ajah axis of Lagos.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, honest, and able to start immediately.
