We are looking to fill the position of a Resort Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort's central functions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth. The successful candidate will lead a team of associates, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the resort's central functions, including front desk, concierge, and guest services.
- Ensure high standards of quality, customer service, and efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of associates, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective issue resolution and proactive service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgets and optimize revenue streams, including rooms, food and beverage, and other resort services.
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and promotions.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives and events to promote the resort.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Requirements:
- HND or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and professional membership of a global organisation such as the Institute of Hospitality (MIH or FIH grades)
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury resort management or world-class hotel establishment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on operations in F&B service; expertise in budgeting, revenue management, and guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Location: Mainland, Lagos (Onsite)
Remuneration: NGN 2 Million - 3 Million Monthly Gross
